TEKConnectGov has made it easy for the city to communicate to individuals who have completed building permit applications and business license forms.
If additional information is needed, the city official can send an email with instructions for what is needed.
When applications are approved, they can send approved applications to an applicant and/or other individuals who may need to be informed of the new permit.
Informed individuals are usually more understanding and easier to work with. This fosters a friendlier business environment that in turn helps new businesses
come to your city.
